S.S. project

We were doing a S.S. project. That is where you learn about the Solar System. You do all of the planets, even Pluto. You have to put 3 facts and draw the planet.

Fun Game

Easter!!!!!!!!!

    On Thursday we had a easter party. Mrs. Campbell was in charge of it. It was really fun. We did races too. We even did a game that you had to roll your plastic egg down the CLC and back. That was fun but my neck hurt after a while. Mrs. Campbell even had a " guess how much is in the jar." Elijah won, but I was pretty close. Thanks Mrs. Campbell!!!!!

The Speech Meet

First, my alarm clock went off at 5:00 a.m. and I was as tired as heck! Then, when my mom got up at 5:30 a.m., she took FOREVER to get out the door, but I took no time at all. :) Then, we got to the school and were 15 minutes early and went to McDonalds and got back right on time. Then we rode to Avon, IN and it was about an hour and a half drive. Then when we got there we entered the school/church and went to the worship center and the schools were anounced and the nice lady told everyone what room to go to. Then when everyone got to their rooms the judges needed a second to get the score sheets and then called up #1. #1 said his poem and then sat down and the judges decided to take their precious time. Eventually everyone got done and then we went back to the worship center and received their ribbons and then we went to Pizza King and it was cool. The drinks came on a train and if you put a quarter in the thing and you get 10 minutes of T.V. After that we went home.

The dog

Today there was a dog at school.  The dog ran every where. It was funny. My principal Mrs. Adams caught the dog. My teacher Mrs. Keene put the dog in her garage. The dog is ok now. The dog was very cute.

Spring Break

On my spring break... my family went to the Cincinnati Zoo on Friday. But most of the time we played outside. And most importantly I had fun.

READING

I like the read-a thon becaus if we get 18 units you get a gold medal. In reading we did a power point. It was really fun. We got to add special effects. In computer we do mavis becan. And today on it we do lessons.

The book fair

We had a book fair last week. There were 2 competitions. One was a guessing competition, you had 2 guesses of how many dinosaur eggs (jelly beans) were in the jar. The other competition was that the teachers had to dress up in this dinosaur costume, and they would be timed. They would run from the door to a table and put a puzzle together and run back. Mrs.Christy won the fastest award . And Mrs. Kinkead won the best roar.     

The Book Fair had a lot of books. And it had a measurement for how tall the dinosuars were. Some of them were really small. The T-Rex was VERY tall. The Book Fair was open for 2 extra days because of the snow.

Our marble jar party!

On Friday we had a party in class.We could bring our pj's to class.  It was so much fun.We could bring pop, pillows, blanket, and stuffed animals. It was the best.

The Spelling Test

One day I went to school, but little did I know that that day would change my life forever. This is when I got 104% on my spelling test. This helped me to get a good grade in spelling. An awsome 98% A!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
